ondetour is a two-person travel journal. Everything here is written from the driver's seat - no rewritten press releases, no places we haven't been.
How we work
We plan every route ourselves, drive it, and only then write it up. Practical figures - tolls, vignettes, low-emission-zone rules, mandatory equipment - are checked against official sources, and each guide shows when we last updated it. Where rules change often, we tell you where to confirm the current price yourself.
Why you can trust the practical bits
We cite the primary source for anything that can cost you a fine: national transport ministries, official toll operators, the EU's urban-access-regulation database, and national motoring clubs. We never cite anonymous forums or content farms.
